Mick Hancock

As a member of the Disabled Supporters Board, it was Mick's idea that we should showcase the activities are Supporters take part in, outside supporting West Ham United. It should also be mentioned, that Mick very much leads our DSA Awareness Day campaigns and was responsible not only for sourcing the purchase of our flag, tshirts & lapel badges but also for packing up near on 2000 mini bags of the badge & business card to be handed out to our supporters on the match days we are outside the Stadium!

Mick is very much, an active manual wheelchair user. Diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS thirty years ago, he still works part time for an emergency lifeline/community alarm monitoring service that helps cover the whole of the UK.
As a lifelong West Ham fan, Mick is now a season ticket holder with a prime view of the match, from his level 2 balcony seat. Mick and his wife Rachel are always busy, they are big cricket fans and will often travel to watch a match.
It was at an event with Sportability.org.uk that Mick was introduced to Full Bore Shooting.

He is a member of a local club and now owns several rifles, including a Smith and Wesson AR15, a GSG MP5 and the larger calibre Howa 308.
He is a member at Bisley NRA (Nation Rifle Association) where ranges allow up to 1200yrd challenging shoots.
