Meetings
Representatives from the Disabled Supporters Board meet with various partners across the year and football season. Below we explain who we meet with and what we expect to achieve by keeping these lines of communication open.

The Disabled Supporters Board
The 13 members of the DSB will this Season, meet every other month. We hope these regular meetings will give us the opportunity to highlight any issues we have faced or found reported and be able to resolve in a timely manner for our supporter cohort. Minutes will be posted accordingly. Want to know who is representing you,? Read more here WHUDSA | Board Room | Who are we

The Club
The full DSB meets with the Accessibility Team and relevant Club Staff members 3 or 4 times a year. These have previously included the Director of Ticketing, the Club's Head of Operations and representatives of the Stadium owners, LS185 who have overall responsibility of the Health, Safety & Compliance. The members of the DSB will also meet at various times throughout the season to discuss specific issues or campaigns.
The DSB CoChairs and the Club Disabled Access Officer, meet or chat after as many home games as possible. This gives us the chance to give feedback or to raise any issues that have arisen whereon a resolution made in a more timely manner. Examples through Season 24/25 include the staffing of accessibility lanes and the issues with the "Gold Top" disabled parking area at Bridge 3.

Fan Advisory Board
The DSA also have a representative on the Fan Advisory Board. (FAB). A FAB is now a requirement set by the Premier League where all Clubs should be meeting with a representative of fan groups with the aim of achieving regular and meaningful engagement. The FAB superseded the Independent Supporters Committee (ISC) as the platform in working and meeting with the Club. However, the ISC remains the format the various fan supporter groups meet to share information and share discussion and ideas without a Club presence.
You can follow WHUISC on X where you will also find FAB updates alongside the website WHUISC - Home

DSB Representatives, usually the Chairpersons, will attend the Premier League Disabled Advisory Group meetings as scheduled throughout the Season. This gives us the opportunity to remain up to date with guidance and latest Government & Premier League guidance and requirements.

Fan Forums
Other opportunities include working with, and attending workshops & forums with the Football Supporters Association (FSA) who have advised and funded the setting up on the DSA and the Level Playing Field (LPF) who lead the national "Unite for Access" campaign in the Spring to highlight the issues faced by all disabled sports fans when attending stadiums & venues.
