Former Hammer Matt Jarvis becomes Disabled Supporters’ Association ambassador

Former West Ham United winger Matt Jarvis has spoken of his delight at becoming an ambassador for the Club’s Disabled Supporters’ Association (DSA) and attends the last DSB meeting of the Season.
